I predict that Mueller's report will come out while President Trump is meeting in Vietnam with Kim Jong-Un to a) Embarrass him and b) deflect from the important Summit and to not give him positive press (which they never do).
By the way, I'm lovin' the fact that Lin Wood is Nic Sandmann's lawyer and that they're suing WaPo for $250 million. I hope he gets a huge settlement!

Quite possible. Barr will hold it, but somehow portions of it will be leaked to CNN and NYT.
Mueller makes a confidential report to Barr. Barr controls the release to the Congress. He should be smart enough to seed the copies he delvers to the Congress (marked, surreptitiously to show where the inevitable leak to the press came from.)
So, Barr can wait for Trump to return to hand it over to the Congress. Mueller does not have the ability to deliver it directly to Congress.

I still contend that the witch hunt will not end until Mueller is fired by Barr or President Trump is out of office, in 2 years or 6 years, makes no difference.
This witch hunt has gone so far afield from its original intent, that it has no area it can not investigate, Trump’s taxes, corporate ties, marriages, grade school bullying, middle school sexism, high school cheating, it’s just a never ending investigation.
