Trump VS Beto ElPaso Rally Numbers Question

I'm in a battle with a leftard who says Trump lied when he said he was able to get a lift of the 6,500 max crowd limit and there were 10,000 inside. The fire department said there was no change to the max crowd limit and there was only 6,500.

He also claims Beto drew at least as many at his rally as Trump.

Every site I've been able to find points to the leftard being right.

Can anyone reading this comment know of a reputable site that says differently?

There were pictures on an earlier thread today showing Beto’s crowd of a few hundred compared to the Overflow outside crowd at the Trump rally that was in the thousands. There was no comparison.

The reports I read said Trump’s rally was at the full capacity of 6,500 inside, with at least that number outside the venue. O’Rourke’s counter-demonstration was estimated between 3,000-6,000.

Remember, the “media” will lie about crowd sizes; they tried telling us the Right to Life Rally in DC was only a few thousand, while it was well over 100k. Ditto for the 2009 9/12 Rally for Freedom... the media liars said only 30,000-50,000 showed up. The aerial photos showed a mass of humanity filling the entire ground between the Washington Monument to the Capitol steps.. unbiased estimates were more than 1.4 million.

I saw one clip that might have been 1000 people for Beto and he was speaking as the Trump crowd roared, so loud, he had to pause before continuing...
They had a lefty march that day claiming numbers of 22,000 attending, those photos looked like large #s when I saw them and then numbers were initially transferred directly to his rally, soon after, revised downward a few times to what they claimed was 6500 I think, which was still 5x over...
For Trump, 6500 or 10K what is the difference with 25K more outside wanting in...
I would venture to bet Trumps crowd had no clue the other rally was happening across the road by anything they could hear during the rally, maybe even would apply to the ones outside.

I got into an argument with a lefty about the crowd size comparison. So, out to the web I went. Every article virtually plagiarized almost word for word the diminished Trump crowd vs the exaggerated O’Rourke numbers. Even though there had to be photos taken of the crowd sizes, I found no good photos. I am sure there were people at each event who could have had eyewitness knowledge, but there was none. It was the same carbon copy and a blackout of real information.
