Liberals, I think we Normal Americans need to see other people. In this national cohabitation, we’ve grown apart and maybe it’s time for you liberals to go your own way and find your Venezuelan bliss elsewhere.

By the way, the umbrella term “liberals” includes useless Fredocon contingent. After all, these vinyl-clad gimps are attached to their liberal masters by a figurative leash.
Now, I’d prefer we work our problems out and find a solution that keeps us together as one country. But a solution would require liberals to embrace things like freedom, tolerance, and the Constitution, while rejecting their current obsessions, like socialism, cultural fascism and being idiots.
Pretty much what’s required is you liberals realizing that your whole ideology sucks, and stopping doing it. If you’re willing and able to cease being terrible, maybe with some counseling, and a lot of apologies and repentance on your part, we can make it work again. But otherwise, pack your Schiff and get the hell out of my country.
You can have New England. It’s cold and remote and you can’t do much to make it worse. But we get the Patriots. You’re just not worthy of them.

You have two groups of people with diametrically opposed value systems. No way to reconcile the two.
America is not geography it’s a belief system.
The other side hates us, we hate them. Seems like we ought to be able to find a way to end this dysfunctional and absolutely incompatible marriage in a relatively peaceful way.
Perhaps each one of us should start planting this seed with our liberal “friends” and acquaintances with something like the following “conversation”
Us - “You dislike us, you think we’re racist, multi-phobic, and should not be allowed in the public square, and wish we didn’t exist”
Them - “That’s right”
Us - “We’re not that fond of you either. So since neither one of us can stand the other, how about we each go our separate way”
Them - “Uh, I’ll have to think about that. How would that work?”
US - “Well, where there is a will there is a way. I don’t have the details worked out, but maybe we can both take a couple of days to think about it and compare ideas next time we meet. What do you say?”
Them - “All right, why not”
The key is to get both sides to come to the realization that each would be better apart in their own sovereign nations.
We need a call for cultural separatism.
I Really hope liberals so severely overplay their socialist hand that even low information voters stop and say “That just aint right!” and liberals lose control of government for many decades to come

Agreed but it’ll have to be more than New England. We can’t get rid of enough of the Gaia worshiping socialist authoritarians if we only kick out New England. That whole strip from DC to Boston has to go. Throw in the Left coast, Miami and Chicago. We may have to part company with Colorado and New Mexico too but that’s like sacrificing a couple toes to stop the spread of gangrene. Painful but necessary. As for getting rid of New England and the Left Coasters - that will be a pure relief. What was it King Edward I said “A man does good business when he rids himself of a turd.”

Yes he should generalize about New England because democracy, which is how government is done at the state level, is a 50% plus one process. If you are outnumbered by liberals (i.e. Leftists) by just one, you are a liberal state and thus, his point of not being able to live with leftists.
When Saddam was deposed and killed, shia and sunni muslims swapped houses so they could live in their majority areas and not be subject to being killed by the other side.
This, unfortunately, might be what has to happen in the US some day with leftists and conservatives swapping houses.

I am good with just limiting liberals to the city limits, with allowances to transit between the big cities. They can have whatever they want within city limits, but taxes and any unconstitutional laws end at the city limits.
No gun control, minimum taxes, constitutional legal system and minimal social safety nets to pay for. Liberals really do belong confined to cities anyway.
My only question is how to keep them in there.
Agree with the sentiment, but I can’t see it working.
Because we used to have a very similar arrangement. Once upon a time, the states were basically sovereign and could pretty much go their own way, with a limited Federal government only acting in the collective interest and mediator between the states.
If we had kept that arrangement, the Leftist could have had any number of states with which to experiment and prove their kooky ideas. We could have self-segregated and lived in peace.
But that’s not what we have because living in peace isn’t their goal. Power is their goal. A mutual separation wouldn’t give them the power they want, so they will never agree.
