AND, her foreign parents were in this country 3 years (you can only acquire American citizenship after 5 years if both parents are foreign born), so basically she is yet another anchor baby. Not really. If Harris' father was a black Jamaican, her genetic bona fides are in good shape, as far as black Americans are concerned.
