arrests need to be made...fast. not grand juries.
Since the Truth is not in these people and their system of social admiration ranking is geared upon a progressively subject definition of morality... personally, I think Smollett missed a big opportunity.
He’s already doubly protected (black, gay) and doubly royal (Hollywood, resistance), but he could still advance his status while resolving his crisis.
He should declare ‘hate hoaxer’ the 28th gender, claim he identifies as such and then sue anybody who denies his right to f*ck with the truth.
Grand jury is the way to go. Sorry to disagree but he will take the 5th at the grand jury, the nigerian rent boyz will spill their guts, the bank will show the cash transfers, the phone company will reveal all of the calls and Jusshomo will please to a lesser offense.

This happened at the Air Force Academy a couple years ago. A slur was written on a mirror. The leadership went nuts. Dressed down the entire student body. It was a false flag. A black student wrote the slur. I expect the incident disappeared without a peep once this was known.

That's right, they won't criticize his actions or intent, only his ineptness at following through. Oh, and the 'rats will call him stupid, ignorant, and far worse - in private. These are characterizations he probably does deserve. However, should anyone on the right even think those things too loudly, the social justice fascists would pounce screaming racist, hater, etc. all for the conservatives' alleged lack of diversity - while they demonize him or her for daring to think differently than them...

They never apologize and when they do it’s on the 1am news or buried in some obscure section in the paper or a hidden link on their news site.
