No, not really; Sparkles is manipulative, as his mother was, but somewhat different in her mentally derangement. His mother was NOT passive/aggressive as Sparkles can be. Yet both are immature ( though Di was all of 19 when she married Charles and the Duchess of Doxxing is now a year older than Di was, when she died! ) and wilful. Di was much smoother, in her rebellion.
