Toughest puzzle to date, IMO. Came out of Arkansas Gazette Cryptoquote. When you can't get started, your best alternative is to fire up
and go after the most frequent letters, thusly you'll find "e" and "t". This one was tough, because the author is unknown. In the end, a quote worthy of the trouble.it took to solve it.
Today's author is one you should learn to recognize.
