I keep a crackpot leftist feed on my Twitter account to keep tabs on the commies after events like this. You’ll be shocked to learn the story has all but disappeared. AP and Stelter have some comments on it, but that’s about it.
Covington and now Jussie, it’s been a banner year for the fake news media, and we’re only in February. Left wing activists make up stories to slander Trump voters because they know the media will eat it up and blast it out. Who only knows how many people hear their whispered corrections. Happens all the time. Guy with a common name goes on a shooting spree and they’re reporting false matches from Tea Party groups. Guy shoots up a Christmas Party yelling Allahu Akbar, and we must not jump to any conclusions about the motive.
There is no difference between our media and that of any tinhorn communist dictatorship, except some better cgi chyrons.
Same thing over on DU. That's where I go to keep up with what they are up to. They were all over the story when it first came out but once it started looking like a liberal setup they locked the topic. Lack of free speech over there is amazing. They aren't allowed to post anything that puts Dems in a bad light. They change headings of news to put a bad slant on us and a good one on them. They have more fake news than fake new.

Add the NYC/Amazon story to news that disappeared quickly after filling the airwaves for months; here in the NYC metro area they aired interviews the evening of the decision (Valentine’s Day), and even opponents were shocked by the outcome (they seem to have believed Amazon would just “get right” and pay up). After showing downtrodden business owners and residents in a blighted area, they must have realized the whole thing had backfired and would only hurt the radical activists. The story died VERY quickly - as though the whole incident had never occurred.
Fake news isn’t just the lies they report as truths; it is also the truths they WON’T report - going all the way back as far as Monica’s stained dress. Matt Drudge broke the story because he was disgusted that “mainstream” networks knew the truth but decided we “didn’t need to know”...
He will just lay low like Chrissy Balsey Ford and the Clinton’s. The police will get more of this if they don’t arrest him and charge him.
