My best friend is married to a Japanese girl. They are still my friends even tho we disagree.
Yes really.
That would have been reflecting reality not conditioning them to accept a new one.
It would have the effect of reinforcing tradition tho, so in a way you are right.
I’m not sure where you’ve been for the past forty plus years, but there’s nothing new about interracial relationships. In fact, there’s nothing new even about acceptance of them.
OK I have tried being polite.
Here is the fact that you refuse to accept. Inter-racial couples are no where near as common as the media is trying to make us believe. They are being shown as extremely more common than they are even now.
That is not a reflection of society, it is quite obviously an attempt to make society accept it. It has succeeded.
That does not make it right or make you more moral than my parents or my Grandparents.
It is clear that I am not going to change your mind so I will not attempt to do so any more.
BTW this is not just about inter-racial couples it is about all social issues such as abortion, premarital sex etc.
Society has changed and it was made to change and they are not finished.
And comparing interracial couples to baby killing (abortion) is just plain appalling.
