That could be a relevant detail, stylin19a.... what are you thinking would happen when he gets out?

Presumably if they needed testimony, they could obtain that whether he is locked up or not. I was somehow under the impression he had already sung, as supposedly did Huma. Will he return to Huma? Is Huma locked up? What about their kid? Would he get custody of his child since he is a known pervert?

I honestly do not know what the implications of him getting out are on all the unfolding of larger events, but somehow sense that it could be important.

Now they can prosecute Huma and still leave a "parent" for their child. This would be extra leverage against Huma because she couldn't possibly want Weiner left alone with their child.

Not sure what i am thinking. For all I know, his release may be quiet enough to not generate anything.
I'd rather rely on your analysis than my gut.

Someone has to get gutted for the child porn and that hasn't happened yet.
