I have looked and looked, maybe not in the right places, but cannot find hard info as to whether POTUS signed the funding bill or not. If anyone finds, post it, ‘kay?
I suppose we shouldn’t assume anything, but I’m assuming that Q is talking about the night of the election.
I don’t think you’re missing anything.
HRC didn’t give a speech that night (or early morning). People expected her to. But she seemed mysteriously absent. There was a lot of talk about where she was, etc., and why didn’t she come out and concede. Or at least speak to her supporters.
I don’t remember the details about Gore, Goldwater, HHH, but even if they didn’t immediately concede, I think perhaps one major difference was that they weren’t oddly invisible. Maybe someone can verify, but I’d bet they were with their teams and supporters, perhaps consoling them, perhaps telling them they would continue to fight, at the very least thanking them for their support.
HRC in contrast was nowhere to be seen.
she did it the next day, even though it was a modification of what was going to be her acceptance speech.

Was there a press conference, or was it just reported. I can’t remember.
The connection between The Beast not showing her ugly mug that night and the meeting of the SEVEN coup-traitors at an 'undisclosed location' six hours later, as described by Q.
