To believe that all previous appropriations transfers via emergency declarations were right but this one is wrong, you must believe it’s an emergency when the military can’t secure a perimeter overseas but not an emergency when our military can’t protect our borders here at home.

We didn’t get the snow that was predicted last night.
We had so much rain this last week our yard looks like rice paddies, no where for the rain to go, ground so saturated.
I love days like that. I have a basketball game to go to later.
