What I saw in the video was correct. AF Basic Training medal...not sure why a general is wearing that...then an Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, the first two ribbons usually earned, are on the bottom row from his left to right. This is correct. Haven’t ID’ed all the rest. Maybe it’s the wrong video.
I think you’re looking at the example on the right showing correct wear of the ribbons.
OK maybe the last photo was of the proper display. Still...I once saw a colonl walking around with his piss-cutter on backwards. Nobody said anything,
He could be prior enlisted if he’s wearing the BMTS ribbon.
