Carpet is so 60’s. Have they switched over from rotary phones yet? Yeah, the new cool is teflon-coated steel mesh for everything, including beds and sofas. Total wash down, TENV everything.
Also don't forget to get rid of all right-angle corners between walls, floors, and ceilings.

Gee. We have the most homeless downtown than ever before, and coincidentally, right next to city hall. Typhus is everywhere, garabage is everywhere, rats and fleas are everywhere. Wonder if there is a connection there? Maybe civilization and hygiene mean something.

No, California is one of the producer states and pays more revenue to the federal budget than it takes in by far. It is still a gigantic economy.
