John Roberts is owned, lock, stock and barrel by the DS. He is a complete sell out. They must have some really horrible stuff on the guy. Damned traitor!
He used his position as a federal judge to skirt Irish regulations concerning overseas adoption of Irish orphans (basically, “there shall be none”).
I believe it was a work-around that used an Irish ex-pat couple in South America as a go-between.
SCOTUS did NOT reject the law… they put a stay on it while the case proceeds through the courts.
