Heard it years ago and I can't second source it, so I will revise and rescind my remarks and take it back. It may or may not be linked to a story that he would ride his horse out to the Lord Fox Inn restaurant (I am not sure what it is now) on the outskirts of Ann Arbor on Sunday's I believe for something to eat, apparently a favorite of his. That I heard from a local or a restaurateur.

They’re restoring the old Lord Fox from what I’ve heard. It was a cool place with one of the best patio dining areas.
