I suspect you are right. But that Hitler quote as posted in the excerpt, indicating Hitler considered Ford an inspiration is taken way way out of context. It adds no credibility to this article.
Hitler admired Ford for his business acumen. Hitler used many of the same business ideas Ford implemented as Hitler began modernizing Nazi Germany.
It was -way- beyond Hitler admiring the assembly line and organizational skills. It was mostly Ford’s psycho book series “The International Jew”, and Ford’s “progressive” mentality.
He was good at some things, but he had zero respect for the the individual. He was a typical “daddy knows best” progressive.
He outright helped the Germans during WWII.
