Abort him.
I'm pretty sure that if this weird and nutty guy takes a quick trip to Virginia, Governor Northam there would heartily approve that homicidal "procedure" (of remotely postpartum aborting him), and the governor might even be talked into donning "blackface", or his festive "klan" uniform, do a little celebratory moonwalking, and formally witness the post-birth abortion, in his official capacity as governor (at least for the next few days, probably).
