I think when the players saw what happened to their profit sharing plans after big drops in viewership, they asked their business managers "why has my pay dropped so much?". The managers said "Oh, it's because a lot of fans have taken a knee".

There are some bitter old people in this thread. Before replay there were tons of blown calls and it was part of the game.

The Saints got screwed on that no call for sure. In every OT game you find game changing no calls that could have been made that weren’t. The only way to eliminate this reality is to replace the refs with video of each player monitored by a computer in real time. That type of game I’d have no interest in watching. Instant replay has nearly ruined MLB for me. Umps and refs with their bad calls are part of the game.
The “take a knee” deal has fizzled.

The games suck almost as much as the commercials. Remember when Bud frogs were driving speed boats with lizards plotting there demise, a hot girl drinking a coke driving 13 year old boys to amazement, Horses kicking field goals, you know before replay and the SJW crap.
