Think I’ve solved the plaid pants mystery. There was a store in Northams town that sold those awesome plaid pants, right after this picture was taken he decided he had to have a pair, bought them and wore em to the Klan party. You can tell he likes plaid, he’s wearing a plaid shirt in the picture..
