Me, I'm holding out for 19H1 (April 2019) on my Win10 installs.

How do you check to see which Windows updates have been installed on your Win10 machine?

How do you check to see which Windows updates have been installed on your Win10 machine? If you just want your Windows version number, start a command prompt (Windows key, press x, press c) then type
winver
then press enter.

1809 installed on 1/25/19.
To: TChad
Or, if you have a “Run” option, you can just run winver.

Got two on 1809 and one still inexplicably on 1803, with no real way to tell why. At the very least I think it’s time Microsoft started opening up as to what the hell is really going on.

If you just want your Windows version number, start a command prompt... Is the Windows version number the same as the last update number?

I have Windows Server on an old pc I bought from Goodwill for $80. No kb or mon, I turn it on and remote to it just to update Family Tree Maker from my Ancestry account. That is only once every 3 to 6 months.
Other than that, I have no use for any Microsoft Operating System.

Why? Do you mean "Why did I ping the list?", or "Why does it matter what Windows Update level I'm at?", or "Why something else?" :-)

Is the Windows version number the same as the last update number? Yes. It is the last successfully installed Windows version update. Running winver should display a window that shows "Version 1803" or "Version 1809" or something similar.
Plenty of people tried and failed to get 1809 to install.

Yep, just got the new version today. I like it. For me everything is quicker and I’ve got a new system.
