The other Islamic Terrorist the Army convicted of multiple murders was sentenced to death in 2013. It will be six years since his sentence this August, with no signs of a pending execution.
it's unclear if the Army can actually pull off a death penalty. They seem to lack the will, they certainly lack the equipment (they used to use the electric chair in Washington D.C. but it's been decommissioned).
