Works for me. I've known blacks and whites who identify with Coonass. No big deal. Not racial.

On the other hand, demoncrats can dress in white hoods and blackface and simply apologize. If a conservative doesn't Kow Tow then all hell breaks loose and the Republican resigns.

He can dress up as either a Klansman, or in blackface, (he won't say which). He could be either and be equally comfortable with the nickname "Coonman".
