Tom Brokaw has come under fire for comments he made about Hispanics during a “Meet the Press” appearance on Sunday.
The legendary NBC News anchor — who was accused of sexual harassment last year by three different women — had been on the panel discussing immigration and what could help bring Americans together on the subject.
“A lot of this we don’t want to talk about but the fact is on the Republican side, a lot of people see the rise of an extraordinary important new constituency in American politics — Hispanics, who will come here and all be Democrats,” Brokaw said. “I hear when I push people a little harder, ‘I don’t know whether I want brown grand babies.’ That’s also a part of it. It’s the intermarriage that’s going on and the cultures that are conflicting with each other.”

I have two grandchildren Tommy boy and they’re half white and half black and definitely fit into the brown category...
I should add, if a Hispanic and white marry, have kids etc...Who is it that gives a cheet, other than the couple, who’s business is it? Last I heard this is a free country. Same goes if someone don’t want a non-white baby. That’s their business. That’s how America is supposed to work.
From my perspective, this Brokaw AH is simply trying to portray white folk as racist. He opens his mouth and cow flop falls out.
My grandma, load of great aunts, great-grandparents were from Hill country.
I never once heard the term grand babies while growing up.
If the media would let me talk, I'd tell them the true facts about all of this. This also explains the hatred that some of the Hispanic congressional members have for Trump and Americans in general (Gutierrez, etc.). Also, it explains Jorge Ramos's hatred for us. Mexico wants the land it lost to us back and they mean it.
It’s wrong to want grandchildren who look like you, you racists. White people MUST die off. That is the program of the Left. Tom Brokaw is being more honest than most.
I mean the whole national scale lynch mob. The media would never have gone after girls this way.
My sister married a Catholic. If I can deal with that sort of inbreeding then I can certainly handle a brown grandchild.

If you can’t handle it, then you are racist. In fact, you must encourage your white children to reproduce with non-white partners to prove you are not racist. Only 100% compliance with this can remove the sin of racism.

I was/am ‘ruddy Irish’ and one of my ‘Best Buds’ in the early 50s was a ‘swarthy’ dark-complected Italian with the ‘Dean Martin hair’ and looks etc...
You could take our grandkids and put them alongside each other and there is little difference etc.
Of course, in that era Irish dating Italians was verboten, I am not sure who thought who was being looked down upon...
I think I was 4th Gen Irish and he was 2nd Gen Italian.
Like ‘Danny’ on “Blue Bloods” often points out - ALL us Irish boys had a secret crush on an Italian girl... and he is about my kids age
I would love my brown grandkids if I had any grandkids. But I would rather have white ones to stick a pointed stick in the eye of racist liberals.
