Happy Sunday Evening...

How’s it going?
Hi, Vision! Can’t believe January’s almost over!
You doin’ okay?
Time is flying by...
We’ve just been busy getting the house ready for the painters. They should be coming early this week to paint the whole interior. We have most of our furniture out in the garage. The floors are stripped down to the concrete (I may have mentioned last week) to get ready for the new flooring (luxury vinyl plank, driftwood look). Then they’ll demo the kitchen cabinets and counters for new ones. All that should be done within about a month or so.
It’s been in the works since we bought this house a year or so ago. We rented it for about five years and then bought it from the lady who owned it. Now we’re doing what needs to be done. It’s a brick ranch-style that was built in the early 60s, so it needs some updating. We already got a new roof and gutters, and Keith painted the outside (all by himself, and it looks GREAT!).
Yes, it is. Keith was a super trooper outside, as he had some time off to be able to do it, and we thought at first to paint the inside ourselves, but it was quickly daunting with our work schedules.
Evening, folks.
Yes.
Trying to make heads or tails of it at the moment...........
