Money, ego, or both.
He was retried for a good 3 years and then Brett Favred it.

I’ll root for him, as he was always a great show in Pride.

Thanks for the reminder - Bader is a bruiser, but Fedor has that sneaky power punch. Might be good but brief.

Fedor is still fighting because he knew he could beat everybody in Bellator MMA-—I presume you saw none of his build-up fight wins to finally get to tonight. He will WIN his $300,000 purse tonight. That helps for endless worldwide endorsements FYI, as he is a world-wide phenomenon to everyone who follows MMA. WHY indeed!

I have to believe that the GOAT is going to prevail over Ryan Bader.
No other pick can be made, I’ll take the GOAT.

Very brief.

Actually Goldy, I was hoping for a little bit more fight there. :/

Yeah, I was hoping for more than one punch. Fedor should really retire after that, I hope he got paid well.

Fedor can’t take a punch any more. But full marks to Darth Bader. He’s a better fighter at his natural weight than he was cutting to 205. The way he manhandled Matt “Meathead” Mitrione was amazing. Mitrione was the guy who KO’ed Fedor in his inaugural Bellator fight, which probably was the closest the world will ever see to a real “Rocky” finish.
