Doesn’t FBI definition require “indiscriminate” killing. It is not clear whether these four fit that definition.
Bet its drug related.
A mom and pop store, no robbery, members killed at the house as well.
Mom and pop didn’t pay the mob on time for the drugs they sold.
That is my guess and I have no information other than what has been posted here.
