The day of Jazz Jennings gender confirmation surgery was an emotional one for the whole family.
In PEOPLEs exclusive sneak peek at Tuesdays episode of I Am Jazz, the 18-year-old transgender reality star is joined by her parents and siblings in the final moments before being wheeled off to the operating room.
Having my whole family with me throughout this entire journey has been so important, Jazz says. From the beginning they have just provided me with unconditional love and support and the fact that theyre here on this day just signifies that weve come so, so far since the beginning of this journey. This is really the final step, this is the final transition, and Im so glad that I have them by my side.

No, you do not have a girl, but you do have a mangled boy.
Sickos
Hell regret this and become another depressed idiot
You cant change what G-d makes you
You CAN change your life and how you treat others and yourself
This has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with physical appearance
Nothing
Odds are this individual will commit suicide in 2 years or less.
Sick. Sick sick sick.
This is really the final step, this is the final transition
Sadly, the research indicates otherwise.
I happened upon 1 episode of the I am jazz show and it was very sad because the brother of jazz was lamenting that jazz was getting all of the attention from their mom.
Pretty sure the mom wanted a girl and was instrumental in the psychosis of Jazz wanting to become a girl . Very sick.
Not gonna end well.
There is no final step. The body will continue to push back to revert to its birth state (minus anything surgically removed).
What was dads' reaction?
So sad to consign your own child to burn in hell for eternity...
It take regular maintenance to keep it open.
And a team of psychiatrists om speed dial.
Poor fools, they will never be satisfied. They will wake yp one day and say: "why did I do this?" It's too late.

I’ve watched the show on and off since it started.
Basically, the Show is edited so anyone who disagrees with the Transgender Agenda is labeled a Hater. Propaganda at it’s best. Just some Teenage angst like getting a Zit on Prom Night.
The Kid “Jazz” looks like a Girl, but his Best Friend on the Show didn’t fare so well in the looks department.
Like anything else on TV, the attractive Person beats the unattractive (Mentally Ill) Kid who would never be offered their own Reality Show. Being a Supporting Character is as good as it gets, but I’m sure they still get a Check.
We certainly live in interesting times.
Please, Lord. Make it stop.
maybe he froze some sperm before taking treatments.
I was just wondering how the other siblings felt at being considered Second Bananas?
The truth will come out when the other children leave home. Once they become more independent, the kids won’t have to feign tolerance, enthusiasm and approval for that guy who’s been raised to see himself as the Belle of every Ball.
A sad and artificial existence.
I have seen the phenomenon with other conditions.
When a very disabled or developmentally delayed child is allowed to become the center of the household, for year after year, and with both parents.
Many of those brothers and sisters want as little to do with the disabled child (as an adult) as they can manage.
Most of these people do care about their disabled brother or sister, but they’ve simply had enough with having their own needs ignored or forever postponed. Their own victories are not really celebrated. The parents wonder why Joe and Judy almost never visit. Some parents in such situations never do figure out how the other children feel and have always felt about it.
