Earlier Q drops noted that Nancy Pelosi was pretending to be losing her memory and having problems speaking in order to protect herself from prosecution (e.g., plead diminished capacity).
I recently snarked that all her problems magically disappeared, and the MSM happily went along, as she sought the speakership.
Well, now that Trump has been moving pieces around the chessboard, she has begun to “lose it” again. I assume this is fear of, and protection from, prosecution again, but I recognize she’s under a lot of stress. It’s just funny how her mental capacity was “sharp” when she wanted that gavel back, and now that she’s been grounded, she’s losin’ it. I question the timing. Here’s an excerpt from her speech today (1/24/19):
“The House Speaker suffered several bizarre flubs during the appearance at The United States Conference of Mayors meeting.
“And we will strengthen our democracy by passing the Equality Act, that is an act to end discrimination against LG— LGTB community,” she said, messing up the acronym.
“There are two challenges, uh, well, actually three that I want to just close with and that is are— these are the f— these wh— here they are!” she said with a flustered laugh.
Suffering a brain freeze, Pelosi said, “We have to think in a very— dra— drastic way about this,” she told the mayors.
Wrapping up, she flubbed an attempt to connect with the audience.
“We must embrace innovation, inclusion, we just have to establish your motto that you have put forth here today,” she said, fumbling through her papers.
“We’re coming back to it here,” she continued, stalling and reading.
“You know it,” she said, hoping the audience would bail her out of the awkward moment.
“Infrastructure, inno-vution,” she said, botching “innovation,” “inclusion,” she said.”

She so often says things that aren’t true and are mutually exclusive, I’m amazed she can speak at all. If I had to keep all those lies straight, I’d be having brain freezes all day every day.

Regarding NP’s mental slips, I wondered if all Trump’s successes in decreasing child trafficking has made it harder for the old ghoul to get that blood of young people. She does has to compete with many like Hillary for the supply.
