I hope they sue the living sh!t out of every person who had something negative to say about them, especially our wonderful fake media.

First and foremost, Nathan Phillips, he uttered the first lie and everyone jumped on it.

Even if the first reports had been true you don’t treat children that way.

A suit for defamation is going to require the proof or estimate of damages. I can't think of any "actual" damages realized by the defendants, so the focus will be on "presumed" damages like colleges that might deny them acceptance or potential employers who might deny them employment because of this defamation.

Whatever happens, it's going to be a lot of fun running a tally of the potential costs.

They need to sue the diocese and the bishop (Rev. Roger Joseph Foys). The official diocesan website still has a statement up condemning the students and apologizing to Nathan Phillips.
