Looks staged.

Eagle is tagged. Fish is conveniently placed for the eagle to see and steal? Nope, for the simple taking.

There are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of eagle videos on YT and elsewhere on the internet which are more interesting than the video posted.

Article states fisherman saw the eagle circling and placed the fish next to his Go-Pro so there was not any deception only sensationalism by the DM in its title.

And still a good shot of the tagged Eagle, which many are.

I agree. Plus camera is rolling to capture the event. Phoney but nice that they fed the eagle.

Looks staged.

Anyone who lives near Bald Eagles can have this type of opportunity to film them like this. An eagle has great eye sight. If you live near a river with eagles you can throw a dead fish in to the water and an eagle will swoop down and snatch it. Have some great video of that. You can also place it on land and do the same... on the water we go up river from the eagle nest and let the fish float on top while we get our video. Staged but fun to watch every time.
