(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

Maybe he is a real macho type that believes men protect women.

Not adequately trained yet perhaps. She seems the youngest of the three kids.

Seems to me she’s well-defended. But yes, as she gets older, any DECENT PARENT will make sure she gets the shooting lessons needed to take care of herself.

Her SMILE alone is disarming, enough for now. :)
She’s most likely in line to get her ‘Hello Kitty’ .22 (with bayonet) for her next birthday. ;)

I hate to be overly-explicit here, bit I will anyway.
Somehow, if she came home in tears, after being raped, I don’t think that her brothers would take the Swedish Approach and ask her what she was wearing. They’d probably let the business end of their hardware do their talking.

That truthfully may be the feminine flip side: Maybe she considers guns a boy thing and just wants to be a girly-girl. Maybe her father thinks she is too young (as she appears to be the youngest) to start training. Maybe she just does not like guns.
Regardless, the point is: This is his family, and those are his children. It is ultimately his business - not Gillette’s and not ours - as long as he is law abiding.

My guess is that her parents think she is not yet old enough to be handling a firearm. Bad optics!
