Tis true. Of course they have little choice. However, IIRC, they also have a bit of a problem with lack of water.

Course it really doesn’t matter, cause their Leaders don’t really particularly care how many of their people die to achieve whatever they need to do.

Starvation/dehydration/war-whatever. Not that we have tons of our Pols that give a crap either.
