That is not your decision if you go to jail or not. The officer doesn’t offer you a choice in that matter. If they believe you are the aggressor in the situation, and if you were the adult in that video that is posted here, you would be going to jail for that assault. Your tough girl attitude with the cops isn’t going to keep you out of jail. If anything it will make them want to take you to jail.

Maybe things have changed in the last 30-some odd years (back when I was a police officer in Texas), in that situation the police would have applauded the guy protecting himself and his family.
Times have apparently changed and now sadly, it appears feral yuts feel they are entitled to mob attack and get away with it. The shock at the guys response clearly surprised the little lovelies as fighting back was not expected.
