Yep, kudos to Clemson. They probably spent the whole season preparing for Bama, and it worked. It was about time the Tide got bitch-slapped as it will probably make them better for it (yea, scary thought).

As far as St Nick, the guy is a master recruiter and technician so he builds great teams with talent. But I remember watching his 1st BCS with the Tide against Texas wondering WTF he was doing (e.g., the fake punt deep in his own territory).

So expect the Tide to be back on top again. And it would not surprise me to see another rematch with Clemson. Luckily the Cajun has another 2nd place trophy to bust up.
