WICHITA FALLS, Texas - Police were called to a Texas Walmart after a woman was reportedly drinking wine from a Pringles can and riding an electric cart in the parking lot.

Well, it’s hard for poor fat people to use their free Obamaphone while they are walking, but riding the cart means they can keep moving while doing whatever it is they do with those phones.

My younger sister told me yesterday that our middle sister was given a ticket more then 20 years ago for drinking while mowing the lawn on the riding lawnmower. A neighbor several doors down was a police officer and noticed her. He must have needed to fill out his quota.
