That is mostly true.
However, as others have said, DOD tends to be far far more conservative.
In my 36 years I have worked with one person who was “liberal” and even he would be counted as conservative by the democrat leadership these days.
It is true them many agencies are rabidly anti-American. but DOD is mostly conservative.
Obama ruined the DoD. I do not trust them ( leadership ) anymore. Look at Mattis for example. What a joke.
