Expulsion from the United States Congress

Expulsion from the House or Senate would be done by their cohorts in their respective houses of Congress. That's like Sen. Packwood getting booted out for patting a lady's behind.

That is separate and different from the members getting arrested, tried, convicted, and ######, for their various and sundry crimes.

The US Constitution says that the congress critters will be privileged from arrest … "except in cases of treason, felony, or breach of the peace."

Lots of "treason, felony, and breach of the peace" been happening among that bunch of scumbags.
