Instantly every illegal was casting him/herself as an ag worker:
People were saying that raw cotton was PURPLE and that they had memory of picking peanuts off of TREES (peanuts aren’t nuts and they grow underground).
It was completely crazy, and there was yuge, yuuuuuge pressure to ammesty ANYONE who applied.
The 1986 amnesty was billed as less than a million, it turned into 3.5 million.
DACA has 700,000 people signed up, but some want to expand that to several million, an unknown number depending on the parameters.
Whatever seemingly small amnesty might be passed will turn into a lever for a larger amnesty that will be the end of the nation as founded.
How do we then deport their parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.?
