What a bunch of idiots the media are! Bezos and his wife were married BEFORE they started Amazon so there would be no prenup. Prenups are for when one party has a lot more than the other prior to the marriage. But then “journalists” and talking heads aren’t known for their smarts and thinking ability.

Bezos would do infinitely better to stay with the wife of his youth. I cannot begin to tell you how many people I have heard state over the last 50-odd years that they wish they had stayed with their first spouse. So you young people thinking you would like to get a divorce, just don’t. Nothing will be as good as what you have now, and nothing will be as easy as it is know. Furthermore, you will never have the wealth you might have had!

That's interesting...I never considered that. I'm no Bezos defender; I guess if you play with fire and you're a public figure, you have to expect things like this.
