She spoke about once a woman is over a certain age men do not register them as present or women to really see. She talked about the freedom of being invisible.
Years later, as attractive as I am, I see the difference in the male response when I walk into a restaurant or store. It is nothing bad,it is just different. Men are attracted to young women. They do not see the older one. I imagine there is an biological issue here.
Back on my 20s 30s it used to be so embarrassing to walk down the street lunch time to all the cat calls of the construction workers. How was I to know that I would one day miss it?
