The goal of a singularly large-region government [based on socialism] is to maintain a sense of on-going crisis (war) by which the citizenry can be manipulated into giving away their liberty (control; ultimately tyrannical control). Under this scheme, military use is for advancing the government. Under our Constitution, military use is for the defense of the nation. This is where our MILINT separates from the Alphabet agencies.
Trump (may re-election be upon him) is working very hard to not use kinetic military action to achieve his goal of recovering liberty and self-determination for US citizens. He does not (will not?) want the optics of using the military for advancement of the government (agenda).
This means that those who work toward a large-region governance system (EU, Caliphate, OWG) must be undermined/eliminated and replaced with nationalism, self-determination and liberty; those things the US was found on. [Note here that GBR “gets it” and the citizens have chosen Brexit, much to the dismay of the large-region governors.]
The current CIA is the Western equivalent of the old-KGB. Anarchy, chaos and war follow their every move.
