Looks like someone, somewhere questioned the existence (hat status?) of the BO. He re-affirmed himself by re-affirming his trip code.

Note, the trip code is preceded by !!!. Triple layered 8-bit encryption.. Q trip is double layered (!!)>

If I recall my basic encryption lessons, BO trip code cannot be broken by 512 code-monkeys working 24 hours a day for 256 years, or near-abouts.
