I figured out a way to fund the wall. Since Democrats and their global change scientist minions have announced that climate change is settled science and a national emergency, Trump should agree, cease all climate change funding and move it to funding the border wall.

My preference would be MASS ROUNDUPS in the obvious places, but only in CITIES/STATES which protect Illegals (i.e., Sanctuary). Get them in farm fields, construction sites, and food joints. After that, than not sure.
