Why the Founding Fathers Were Against Gun Control
YouTube ^ | 6 Jan 19 | Reid Henrichs

Our Founding Fathers were against gun control. In fact, they wanted an armed, skilled, and dedicated citizenry able to protect the country and to also prevent tyranny. Men such as James Madison, Richard Henry Lee, and Alexander Hamilton were very clear with their views on firearm ownership. In this video, Reid discusses these points and gives a course of action against gun control.

But they’re remembered by the Left as old, white, slave owners. To them Jesus was a socialist until he told his disciples to buy swords. Then he didn’t exist.

I may be the only one, but I have been complaining to the judges in Missouri about the law that prohibits a felon from owning or possessing a gun using the argument that a felon is in a vulnerable position and needs to be able to protect himself. The state’s interest in prohibiting felon gun possession can’t top the felon’s interest in protecting himself. Besides, I am a big believer that once a felon has served his time, he has paid his debt to society and should be restored.

A reproduction 1864 colt Navy .44 will knock someone down just as fast as any other revolver, I have one and know this to be true. “Antique Firearms are not prohibited.”

And new expungement laws went into effect Jan 1st that loosened the eligibility requirements quite a bit with restoring firearm rights.

The argument in regards protection from tyranny is incomplete as regards the 2nd Amendment.

They also reviewed the Swiss Model, and took into account individual protection.

Mostly because they just survived a terrible war against just such tyranny, and had to rely on exactly those armed and dedicated citizens to win that war. It isn't tough to figure out.... unless you're a Lefty.
