Guess I should get back on the ping list so please reinstate me. I’m finally getting the big tree in the middle of the currently defunct garden pruned waaaay back so that should help with the sunshine. The ol’ knee is still bad but I need to get outside more so might as well go back to trying to garden.
Have some indoor plant shelves set up recently so can get some veggie seedlings started.

I have some trouble with knees now and then. Researched it. Dr. pointed out that the fluid that helps knees needs a bit of movement to get it where it’s needed.
He had the patients sit and let legs dangle. Then the moved the foot forward an inch or two and back. Several minutes several times a day.
I do it and it seems to help, but then I skip and it back slides. LOL
The Dr. said that he himself had been in a very bad accident, and rehabbed his knees that way-took a few years, because of how bad it was, but also because those parts of the knee totally replace every 4 years.
