Just to be clear absolutely nothing in the article supports the headline that a judge “backed” the lawsuit. If anything he criticized Klayman and sent the case to another judge against Klayman’s wishes. Just a little reality.

Uh, not quite and it sounds as though this case ended up before Leon to decide the presumably almost automatic Mueller rule 12(b) motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. Having ruled that the case should proceed, the next step is the random assignment to a judge to try the case.
