The watch in the Q drop is showing 3:14 and 40s. This particular time piece has the second hand in the bottom area. The other hand on the face itself (at 12 in the picture) is a chronograph. The bottom right button (at the 4 on the face) is what starts and stops the chronograph.

Thanks - I hadn't realized that yesterday when I posted 3:14:00. But you're right, the main second hand is for the chronograph. Would be senseless to put it in the small circle when precision is needed.
