Looks like a decent design, to me.

I think the pike tipped steel version is too easily overcome with clever tools to use the gaps as a way to wedge climbing mechanisms. Also, am concerned about rust and even those who would use welding tools to cut through and steal the steel.

Very hard, very durably designed concrete would be more lasting and more effective, imho.

Yeah, I'm very hostile to those who traffick in human beings--particularly children--for horrifically evil deeds.

I agree on your points on a concrete wall. I would add razor wire on top. I don’t care for the steel because who wants to see what the nasty group on the other side is doing. Let the MSM go to Mexico if they choose to photograph them.

The slat wall is the best design. Each of those steel tubes is filled with concrete and ramming a 10 ton truck into it will not move it. This design has been tested by the military and the Border Patrol and deemed the best. I believe the slats also go 10 feet under the ground. Then there's other classified stuff we don't know about.
