Very true. But counting on ‘one shot, one kill’ in an adrenaline-pumped 0-dark thirty shoot out is asking a lot of most people. With one in the tube my Mossberg gives me six chances to get it right. Not what I’d like to grab if I had four intruders.

That's one of the reasons I'm looking into purchasing a magazine fed semi-auto shotgun. Some take ten round mags, some even more.
